Welcome! Thank you for your interest in the Association of Cooperative and Condominium Managers (ACCM). I'm pleased to extend an invitation for membership to a fellow industry professional.

Since its formation in 1995, the ACCM has played a vital role in our industry, serving as the first and only organization to focus exclusively on the enhancement of the residential property management profession. Working in cooperation with more than 40 leading property management firms, the ACCM is accomplishing this goal.

And that's not all. We're also renewing client confidence in our industry's integrity, elevating the professional property manager's public profile, and promoting local, state and federal legislation which serve the interests of residential managers throughout New York City.

Exciting and relevant education programs, senior-level networking events, dissemination of up-to-the-minute information on new regulations and responsibilities, and the promulgation of performance standards and a Code of Ethics are all hallmarks of the ACCM's regular contributions to its members. In addition, we continue to develop new programs and valuable opportunities for our membership. I welcome your review of the enclosed materials, which fully outline our commitment to integrity, excellent service and the many benefits we offer our members.
